Turgay Aşci, is the head of Aşci Etci Benglian’s dispute resolution practice. He has extensive experience as an attorney in courts including commercial litigation, criminal lawsuits, investigations and white collar crimes. He has acted for parties relating to shareholder conflicts, construction law, contractual conflicts and disputes arising from energy law.

Barış Etci has 15 years of litigation experience in the areas of debt collection and execution law, throughout this time he has repeatedly been called upon to demonstrate his superior ability to apply his expertise to the most complex and significant legal matters in the jurisdiction.

Saro A. Benglian is the partner heading the corporate and real estate practices at Aşci Etci Benglian. He leads the team advising clients on corporate/commercial issues and real-estate disputes. He has also been extensively advising local and international companies in M&A projects.

Gürhan Ayan has served as a judge in Supreme Court of Appeal before moving to private practice. Then he worked as legal consultant in one of the Turkey’s most reputable insurance companies for many years before joining our firm.

Gülnihan Etci is a seasoned litigator with more than 10 years of experience litigating disputes stemming from execution and bankruptcy law in local courts. She has represented financial institutions and major banks by litigating a wide array of matters, including high value collection cases and financial crimes throughout her career.

Liana Benglian focuses her practices on labor law and dispute resolution. She is also significantly experienced in matrimonial and family law.

Eren Tosun supports a broad range of domestic and international companies, most notably in the retail and consumer, manufacturing, real estate and construction as well as education sectors.

Umut Aslan provides legal counseling services to our both domestic and international clients and he focuses on his practices in commercial law, company law, contract law, the law of obligations and international law.
